Online Customers

We do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds.

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer you a store credit. The store credit will last for six months.

We are happy to refund or offer you store credit for any items that are faulty. 

Sale/promotional items are not able to be returned for either a credit or a refund. These are final sale. 

Please contact us if you wish to return your item with your order number.  We will authorise the return for you and issue a store credit or a refund if it falls into the category above.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery if you wish to return your item. We will not accept the return after seven days.

We are not responsible for lost items; therefore, we suggest you track it. 

Please make sure the item is unworn, in its original packaging with the original tags attached.

If we believe the item has been worn, damaged or is soiled in any way we will not accept the return.

Your refund or store credit will be issued once the item is returned in store in its original condition.

Credit notes last for six months and are redeemable online only.

Please allow up to two to three working days for your refund or store credit. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. 

 

In Store Purchases 

We do not offer refunds on 'change of mind' purchases.

We will exchange any full price garment within seven days of purchasing or offer you a credit note.

Credit notes last for six months.  

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached along with the sale receipt.

No exchanges, refunds or credit notes will be given on sale items.
